What to pack in your Hospital Bag: The Ultimate Checklist for Mum, Baby and Birth Partner

15 June 2026

As your due date approaches, one of the most exciting milestones is packing your hospital bag. Having everything ready ahead of time can help you feel organised, prepared and focused on welcoming your little one into the world.

Most midwives recommend having your hospital bag packed between 34 and 36 weeks of pregnancy, just in case your baby decides to arrive earlier than expected.

To make things easier, we've created a complete hospital bag checklist for mum, baby and your birth partner.
