Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, send it back and for us to receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in exactly the same condition that you received it, unused, unsealed, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at sales@uniquebabygiftbaskets.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and put things right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
As our hampers are made to order, any hamper that contains a personalised item cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you would like is to return the original item (where eligible under our returns policy). Once your return has been approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not pay the cost of return postage.
Once we have inspected the return, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
If your order is returned to us as it wasn’t collected or through your failure to receive the item, there will a charge for re-delivery. In the event that you do not want your gift to be redelivered, a fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund to account for the initial cost of posting your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for any orders sent to your specified delivery address that you subsequently advise was incorrect.
Stock Availability
In the unlikely event that we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will advise you accordingly and issue an immediate refund. Occasionally our suppliers experience delays in receiving new stock, discontinue items and upgrade/alter product design. We therefore reserve the right to substitute any such items, with a substitute we deem to be reasonable and that is the same or superior to the original, both in terms of cost and quality.
